Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across a diverse range of technology functions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for technology and digital positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key technology skill sets.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment interviews.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and on-boarding activities.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and market trends to support hiring decisions.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Proven success recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber security, Product, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore technology talent market is highly desirable.
