Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment from gathering stakeholders expectations to the offer stage.
• Search, identify and hire suitable talents from various sources and campaigns to meet business requirements and hiring timelines.
• Stakeholder management and meetings are needed to understand business requirements and provide visible planning and solutions to meet hiring timelines.
• Manage the sourcing process in the identification and assessment of external and internal talents
• Pro-active sourcing and screening of quality candidates, managed end-to-end recruitment process, conduct interviews, identify the right talents based on hiring manager's requirements
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to inform decision making
• Close follow up on hiring managers and candidates; feedback to improve sourcing and ensure positive engagement and experiences

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of manufacturing/ engineering recruitment experience.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house and/or agency)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage and engage with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Team player, resourceful and self-motivated
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
• Understanding of Singapore employment practices and hiring guidelines
