The Talent Acquisition Lead, Singapore will play a key role in driving endtoend recruitment strategies to support WSP Singapore's workforce needs. This role oversees fullcycle recruitment, partners closely with hiring leaders and leads proactive talent sourcing and pipeline development to ensure business hiring needs are effectively met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and support hiring decisions in line with internal recruitment standards.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, with a focus on building sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain ongoing relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Support workforce planning by providing market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends, and sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support earlycareer recruitment activities, including campus career fairs, recruitment events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Prepare and contribute to recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support recruitment initiatives, projects, and process improvements at the Singapore or Asia level as required.
  • Collaborate with HR and regional TA teams to support consistent recruitment practices across Asia.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven work experience delivering endtoend recruitment across professional, technical, or specialist roles.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English; ability to speak a second Asian language is preferred.
