Candidates with recruitment experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, e-commerce or other operationally intensive industries will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions and positions, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management and hiring closure.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job profiles and hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
  • Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support salary benchmarking, offer discussions and offer closure.
  • Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates on vacancies, pipeline and hiring status.

Campus Recruitment & Talent Programmes

  • Support and progressively take ownership of relationships with universities, polytechnics, ITEs and other educational institutions.
  • Coordinate career fairs, campus recruitment activities, internships, graduate hiring and management trainee programmes.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of early-career talent for future business needs.

Recruitment Channels & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external recruitment partners.
  • Coordinate recruitment terms, candidate submissions and agency performance.
  • Review and develop recruitment channels to improve candidate quality, hiring efficiency and recruitment cost.
  • Maintain relationships with relevant recruitment platforms and external partners.

Recruitment Operations & Improvement

  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring data.
  • Monitor recruitment effectiveness, including hiring progress, source effectiveness and time-to-fill.
  • Support improvements to recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience.
  • Participate in employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives where required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong experience in sourcing, candidate screening and end-to-end recruitment.
  • Recruitment experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, e-commerce or high-volume operational environments will be highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies and/or campus recruitment programmes would be an advantage.
  • Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications.
  • Good understanding of the Singapore recruitment market and local hiring practices.
  • Good working proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, recruitment partners and regional stakeholders in both languages, as well as the use of Chinese-language recruitment systems and materials.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who is:

Hands-on - comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly.

Resourceful - able to find alternative sourcing solutions when conventional channels are not sufficient.

Business-oriented - able to understand what hiring managers actually need rather than simply matching CVs against a job description.

Organised - able to manage multiple vacancies and follow through consistently.

Collaborative - comfortable working within a small TA team where portfolios and responsibilities are shared based on business priorities.
