The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to successfully onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
- Partnering with recruitment agencies and sourcing candidates across multiple platforms.
- Posting job advertisements, screening applications, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews, leading candidates through the selection process.
- Managing the negotiation and offer stage to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Streamlining recruitment processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Overseeing the company's career website and ensuring it aligns with recruitment needs.
- Coordinating internship programs in collaboration with educational institutions.
- Preparing recruitment reports to assess and improve strategies for future hiring.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of current recruitment strategies and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- You should have a degree in HR or Business or any related discipline, with a min of 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
- You should have decent communication skills as well as prior experience in recruiting for Technology function.
