Role Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Executive / HR Executive for a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves developing and managing job descriptions, coordinating the hiring process, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and collaborating with teams to meet recruitment needs. Additionally, the role requires fostering strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Job Description Development and customizing roles to align with organization requirements.
- Strong skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing to identify and engage top talent.
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources, particularly within international or nonprofit organizations, is an advantage.
