Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and plan talent pipelines for non-teaching roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Support both external and internal recruitment, including assessing employees for internal mobility or advancement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies across digital and non-digital channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent partners.
  • Source candidates through various platforms such as job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively engage potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs.
  • Provide recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment performance and market trends to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Support reporting and data analysis related to recruitment activities.
