Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Specialist in Talent Acquisition focused on Technology roles, where you will engage with potential candidates and drive recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment. Use your expertise to shape hiring processes and build a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technology-related positions, including Data Centers and IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on market conditions and expectations. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring candidates meet all qualifications. Source, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers operating on a global scale. Manage candidate disposition throughout the hiring process and adhere to defined recruitment steps. Promote a diverse workforce by ensuring a varied candidate slate is presented to hiring managers. Uphold the organization's reputation by embodying its core values and principles throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology recruiting and staffing. Proficient in using applicant tracking system(s) for managing candidate flow - at least 2 years of practical experience required. Familiarity with social media platforms as recruitment tools for candidate sourcing - a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment policies, practices, and relevant employment laws. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Capable of performing tasks independently while being adaptable and flexible. Ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions, alongside 1 year of preferred experience in a similar industry. Competent in conducting behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate capabilities in a high-paced environment.
