Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational HR in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Projects
  • Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
  • Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning
  • Business Partnering with Line Managers
  • Prepare reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience with experience in supporting recruitment (high-volume)
  • Prior experience with HR Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
