Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and reference checks.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus/industry recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 34 years of relevant talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for technical, scientific, or biotechnology-related roles is advantageous.
- Exposure to recruitment within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, ATS systems, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
