Role Purpose
This role supports efficient and effective hiring by ensuring that hiring managers receive relevant, well-screened candidates for engineering and commercial positions.
You will act as an important filter in the recruitment process, enabling timely and well-informed hiring decisions.
Success is measured by quality of shortlists, hiring efficiency, and positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and commercial roles
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and screening criteria
- Source and screen candidates using structured and consistent assessment approaches
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess experience, motivation, and role fit
- Provide clear and timely candidate recommendations
- Manage multiple roles concurrently while maintaining organisation and follow-through
- Ensure a professional, respectful, and consistent candidate experience
Requirements
Experience
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Experience hiring for engineering or commercial (sales-related) roles, with depth in at least one of these areas
- Experience in fast-paced or growing environments is an advantage

- Strong ability to assess candidate suitability beyond CVs
- Sound judgment aligned to role requirements
- Clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
