Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle recruitment function from job posting, review resumes of applicants, conduct interview, candidates assessment, offer negotiation to on-boarding of candidates.
- Partner with the relevant business units to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans, understand the recruitment needs and job requirements and determine the recruitment strategies for hiring plans.
- Prepare the Job description, provide guidance and advise on recruitment best practice.
- Pre-screen and conduct sourcing in cost-effective and timely manner.
- Build and maintain good rapport with candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Keep the hiring managers informed the progress of recruitment and follow up with the interview process status.
- Stay up to date the with latest regulations, market rates and recruitment trends within the industry.
- Generate and prepare recruitment activities reports and statistics and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and propose for improvement plan.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/company representative from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry for Public Sector Clients
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
