Talent Acquisition Execution & Delivery (end to end recruiting)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles-intake, job posting, candidate screening, interview management, and offer support.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand business needs and craft talent strategies.
  • Create and present data-driven hiring reports, funnel analytics, and insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Ensure ATS data accuracy and compliance with internal governance and local market regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help pilot new recruitment tools and technologies.

Sourcing & Talent Intelligence

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to target niche, specialized, and highdemand talent pools.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and critical skill sets.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor activity, compensation trends, and talent availability.
  • Use advanced sourcing tools and techniques to engage talent across multiple geographies.
  • Prepare clear, concise market maps and talent intelligence reports that support hiring strategies and influence business decisions.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, whether in-house, agency, or a hybrid mix.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven success managing multiple roles under tight timelines and shifting business priorities.
  • A track record of hiring across diverse functions and regional markets.
  • A consultative, strategic, and solutions-driven approach to stakeholder management.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with talent markets and hiring nuances across Southeast Asia (ideal).
