Salary: Up to $5,500 per month + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers to understand hiring requirements, forecast talent needs, and build strong talent pipelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional (non-teaching) roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Support both external and internal recruitment initiatives, including internal mobility and succession planning.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies-covering job marketing, sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding.
- Source candidates using a variety of tools such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and search firms.
- Proactively identify future talent needs and develop long-term sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.
- Provide recruitment-related guidance and training to hiring managers.
- Track and manage applicants using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Conduct analysis and reporting on market recruitment trends and internal hiring performance.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Min 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record in high-volume recruitment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment channels, tools, and analytics.
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
