About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across various teams. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Build strong pipelines for recurring or urgent roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Provide market insights and candidate recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced industries.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles independently with high attention to detail.
  • Professional, resourceful, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
