About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across various teams. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Build strong pipelines for recurring or urgent roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring timelines.
- Provide market insights and candidate recommendations.
- Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced industries.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple roles independently with high attention to detail.
- Professional, resourceful, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
