Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support end-to-end recruitment activities in Singapore, partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role will contribute to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate experience, and recruitment reporting while building strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across corporate and/or technical functions (e.g., engineering, project delivery, operations, sales).
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, selection criteria, and interview plans.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and direct outreach) and maintain active talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess role fit, motivation, and competencies.
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling across stakeholders, and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process.
- Support offer processes including reference checks (where applicable), compensation alignment, and offer document preparation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and professional communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and prepare recruitment reports (pipeline, time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives (career fairs, campus engagement, social media content, testimonials).
- Ensure recruitment activities follow internal policies and local employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination related role.
- Strong interest in recruitment, with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple requisitions and timelines.
- Candidates must be currently based in Singapore and have existing eligibility to work in Singapore (e.g., Singapore Citizen/PR or a valid Employment Pass).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, renewable energy, manufacturing, or project-based hiring).
- Exposure to regional hiring in APAC and cross-cultural stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of Singapore employment practices and hiring compliance.
