Talent Acquisition Specialist (Human Resource / Recruitment) HDC

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
. Partner closely with hiring stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, networking, and market research
. Review candidates profiles and assess suitability based on role requirements and organisational needs
. Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
. Provide market insights and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and practices
. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction efforts
. Work closely with internal teams on HR-related projects and initiatives
. Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and employment guidelines
. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for tracking and analysis

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution
. Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resource functions
. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications knowledge of HR systems such as SAP will be advantageous
. Able to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively with teams
. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
