Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and role requirements for Search Consultants across multiple industry verticals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates suitability, motivation, and career aspirations.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives when required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills, with knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Prior experience hiring recruitment consultants or in the executive search industry will be an advantage.
