Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and role requirements for Search Consultants across multiple industry verticals.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates suitability, motivation, and career aspirations.
Manage interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives when required.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
Strong sourcing and screening skills, with knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple priorities.
Prior experience hiring recruitment consultants or in the executive search industry will be an advantage.
