About The Role
As we expand our operations across the APAC region, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Singapore to support our hiring efforts across a diverse range of roles, from operational and technical positions to corporate functions.
In this role, you will support and work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (APAC) to deliver end-to-end recruitment activities across the region. Your focus will be on candidate sourcing, coordination, and recruitment operations, while gaining exposure to hiring across Singapore, Australia, Korea, and Japan. This is a contract position for 4 to 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Support end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of roles, including estimators, engineers, procurement specialists, project managers, and corporate positions.
Partner with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases, across APAC markets.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Support the offer process, including preparation of offer details and coordination with candidates.
Recruitment Operations & Process Support
Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including assisting with workflow design, job requisition templates, and system configuration to improve recruitment efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the ATS and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.
Assist in developing and maintaining interview guides and hiring assessments.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows in collaboration with the Senior TA Specialist.
Track and maintain recruitment data and metrics to support reporting and hiring decisions.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant local labor regulations.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings and social media outreach.
Assist in creating content to promote AVTEL's employer brand and employee value proposition.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Who You Are
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition support.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and the Singapore job market is an advantage.
