Conduct competencybased interviews and ensure consistent evaluation standards.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for businesscritical and niche roles.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with country's employment practices and internal policies.
Represent the company in employer branding initiatives and virtual career engagements.
Track performance metrics and deliver weekly TA reports to HR team.
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional scope or exposure to the Australia/ Malaysia market.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and market trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fastpaced, regional environment.
