Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for positions across Australia/ Malaysia, including sourcing, interviews, assessments, and offer management.

  • Partner with hiring managers in Australia/ Malaysia to understand talent needs and provide market insights.

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for the Australian/ Malaysian talent market (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping).

  • Conduct competencybased interviews and ensure consistent evaluation standards.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for businesscritical and niche roles.

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with country's employment practices and internal policies.

  • Represent the company in employer branding initiatives and virtual career engagements.

  • Track performance metrics and deliver weekly TA reports to HR team.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional scope or exposure to the Australia/ Malaysia market.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and market trends.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones.

  • Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fastpaced, regional environment.
