Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 month contract)

• Manage recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.

• Develop and post job descriptions on job boards and social platforms.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
2. Team player
3. Able to commit for at least 6 months contract
4. Able to start work immediate or within short period of time.
