Role overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment in Singapore and across APAC, with a strong focus on Singapore and China markets. You will manage endtoend hiring, shape sourcing strategies, and provide insights that guide hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fullcycle recruitment for Singapore and regional roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers on workforce needs and hiring strategies
• Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple functional areas
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate journey
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing approaches
• Maintain structured pipelines and data accuracy in our recruitment systems
• Support regional TA initiatives and contribute to process improvements

Your profile

• Experience hiring across Singapore and China
• Fluent Mandarin and English
• Strong sourcing and marketmapping capabilities
• Excellent stakeholdermanagement and communication skills
• Organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fastchanging, multicultural environments
• Handson, pragmatic, and solutionsoriented
