Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment across SEA, from sourcing and assessment through offer management and onboarding coordination.
Partner business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
Deliver hiring across commercial, engineering, technical, supply chain, corporate and leadership functions.
Develop proactive talent pipelines using direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, talent mapping and relevant recruitment platforms.
Provide stakeholders with market intelligence covering talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor activity and hiring trends.
Support employer branding and regional talent initiatives, including early-career programmes and broader talent projects.
Track recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
3 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally gained within a multinational, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technology environment.
Track record of managing recruitment across multiple SEA markets.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards and other recruitment technology.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across countries and business functions.
Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to use recruitment data and market insights to support hiring decisions.
Adaptable and self-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving regional environment.
Proficient in MS Office, ATS, HR and AI tools.
Travel to the West location of Singapore.
