Job Description

A leader in Manufacturing company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for a Talent Acquisition Specialist position based in Singapore. This is a oneyear contract role with renewal opportunities, offering an excellent pathway for recruiters who wish to transition into an inhouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment across engineering and manufacturing functions, from role scoping toonboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of direct sourcing, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top engineering talent.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes, leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Min 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or engineering industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for technical and engineering roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
