Key accountabilities
. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews
. Responsible for reviewing the recruitment strategy, campaigns and achieving the recruitment target and building talent pipelines
. Active involvement in career fairs and networking sessions
. Liaise with statutory agencies and governing body on the necessary licenses
. Work closely with HR Business Partner and hiring managers on their recruitment needs
. Prepare salary proposal and obtain the required approvals
. Update recruitment tracking reports in a timely manner
. Continuously develop a wide talent pool of suitable candidates
. Respond to calls and emails from stakeholders
. Other duties as and when assignedQualifications & Experience
. Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Management or related disciplines
. Preferably 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Experience from inhouse or agency is preferred
. Proficient in MS Office
