Job Description

Our client is a leading public healthcare group in Singapore. They are currently recruiting a Senior Manager, Cluster Recruitment to join their Strategic Human Resource Division (Talent Acquisition Team). The role is based in the Central region and is easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cluster-wide recruitment strategies to build a sustainable talent pipeline for nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
  • Partner with Cluster Domain Chiefs and institutional HR teams to deliver effective workforce solutions.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Implement and optimise recruitment policies, processes, and sourcing strategies.
  • Drive innovative recruitment initiatives and provide recruitment analytics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Healthcare talent acquisition experience is an advantage
