We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. This role is focused on end-to-end recruitment, client servicing, and achieving hiring targets across various industries.
This is not a traditional HR role. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, handling multiple positions, and closing roles within timelines.
Candidates with recruitment agency or staffing experience will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand client hiring requirements and job scopes
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Follow up closely with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Achieve monthly KPIs and placement targets
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Ensure timely closure of positions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience in agency recruitment or staffing industry is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
