  • Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for hiring manager
  • Ensuring all hiring documentation is compliant, confidential, and updated in HRIS

Job requirements:-

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or relevant HR role.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
