About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Program Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end internship recruitment and programme experience, partnering with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and campus career offices to ensure a seamless process and a meaningful, developmental journey for interns and hiring managers.

You will also drive employer branding initiatives to attract talent and participate in talent acquisition enablement projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor management and coordination of various recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Internship Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with the business leaders, HR Business Partners and campus career offices to manage the end-to-end internship hiring process including:
    • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation among young talent.
    • Organise and participate in recruitment fairs and engagement events.
    • End-to-end recruitment process co-ordination and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Internship Programme Management

  • Work with business leaders, HR Business Partners and HR COEs, to design and deliver meaningful internship programmes.
  • Oversee the internship experience for students and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and impactful journey.
  • Provide guidance and support to interns and hiring managers to enhance their experience and development.

Talent Acquisition Team Enablement

  • Support Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Talent Acquisition efforts i.e., internal processes and practices.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment for services rendered.
