Talent Acquisition Partner – H&M Group (Portfolio Brands)

Are you a talent strategist with a passion for people and brand storytelling Join the H&M Group to support our Portfolio Brands, including COS, & Other Stories, and ARKET. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to facilitate the hiring of talented colleagues who share our ambition and values.

As a key member of our regional team, you will drive recruitment excellence across our high-growth brands, ensuring we hire the right people at the right time to meet our business needs

Impact and Responsibilities

In this full-time regional role, you will manage professional end-to-end recruitment for store positions and act as a strategic coach for our hiring managers.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • End-to-End Management: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from CV screening and telephone interviews to overseeing the offer stage.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our brand presence by attending career fairs, university campus days, and providing content for social media campaigns.
  • Talent Sourcing: Write engaging, bias-free job adverts and proactively identify new channels and online networking opportunities to attract diverse talent.
  • Pipeline Building: Maintain an overview of future needs and build talent pools for high-priority roles.

Leadership & Coaching

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Coach and guide store hiring managers on recruitment best practices, including I&D, candidate experience, and succession planning.
  • Training: Empower managers by providing training on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Portfolio Brands specific recruitment methodologies.
  • Diversity Role Model: Act as an advocate for Inclusion and Diversity, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates regardless of their background

Operational Excellence

  • KPI Management: Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time to fill, application rates) to identify strengths and areas for process improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with local labor laws and data protection regulations.
  • Budgeting: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to set annual recruitment budgets and manage agency spend.
