The Talent

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
• Recruiting experience within the biopharma/life science will be an added advantage

The Job

• You will source, engage and recruit for Corporate roles for Singapore and Malaysia
• The role is a highly collaborative and visible role interacting with leaders across the region to execute hiring plans
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from the active pool.
• Create strong governance with hiring teams to identify trends within the market, strategize on outreach approaches, and brainstorm creative search methods.
• Campus recruitment and foster partnerships with universities and institutions in Singapore.
• Focus on diversity and inclusion hiring and ensuring a diverse candidate slate across all roles.
• Report on recruiting metrics and performance on a regular basis
