Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

Drive high-quality talent acquisition by independently managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute hiring strategies, delivering impact through effective sourcing, exceptional candidate experience, and stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source and advertising roles across multiple channels
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers in evaluations
  • Keep accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Leverage AI tools for sourcing, shortlisting, and analyzing talent market data.
  • Manage multiple vacancies, delivering quality shortlists within agreed timelines.
  • Support onboarding and collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring professionalism throughout.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends and best practices as a trusted partner.
  • Maintain regular candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • 3 years proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, ideally within a dynamic, international environment.
  • Background in either in-house recruitment for mid-to-large organizations or agency experience specializing in professional or technical roles.
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with confidence in leveraging them to enhance sourcing, screening, and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring cycles and provide consultative support to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in utilizing data and market insights to influence recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI-driven solutions.
