Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies and leverage on various platforms to meet anticipated recruitment needs of the business through a data driven approach.
  • Own and drive the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment and interviewing, salary proposal and offer, through to onboarding; ensure seamless and best-in-class candidate experience journey.
  • Create and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and HR counterparts through strategic partnerships; partner with business stakeholders and HR Business Partner to assess talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenges where necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong network of potential candidates and external talent sources through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Find, excite and engage passive candidates. Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support future and current needs of the business.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide weekly reports on hiring velocity, bottlenecks, and candidate pipeline health.
  • Participate in campus outreach and employer branding campaigns
  • Lead / participate in related projects and provide support in general HR operations
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Manage data consistency and ensure sensitive data comply with current legislation and internal requirements.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to hiring practices and employee wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, MOM policies, and HR tech platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS workflows, job requisition approval routing and salary proposal.
  • Experience in designing wellness programs and applying for grants.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment and wellness analytics.
