Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent aligned with business priorities. This role partners closely with business leaders to build strong talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and ensure an efficient and scalable hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Drive proactive talent pipelining for critical and hard-to-fill roles
2.End-to-End Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., agencies, job platforms)
3.Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on hiring decisions, market insights, and compensation benchmarks
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness
4.Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization
Establish and continuously improve recruitment policies, SOPs, and workflows
Monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
5.Employer Branding & Talent Programs
Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent in competitive markets
Support campus recruitment, internship, and early talent programs where applicable
Drive initiatives to improve candidate engagement and offer acceptance rates
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2.6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services, fintech, or high-growth environments
3.Proven track record of successful hiring
4.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
5.Familiar with Singapore employment market and hiring practices
6.Data-driven mindset and recruitment analytics
7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
