Talent Acquisition Manager, SEA 1-year contract $9,000 x 12 months + 1 month completion bonus RETAIL/FMCG
Charterhouse are supporting a prestigious FMCG brand in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 1-year contract to be based at the HQ in central Singapore and reporting to the Senior HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Leading end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, assessing and hiring quality talent to align with the business needs
- Works closely with the HR Director to plan and devise the TA strategy
- Utilise creative and innovative search methodologies to uncover the best talent in the local and regional market
- Continuously improve processes and procedures in relation to the TA function as an extension of the business and brand
- Engage and establish strong connections with business leaders to understand and consult on hiring challenges to diagnose and provide solutions to hiring needs
- Lead employer branding in alignment with employee experience initiatives and retention strategy
- Proactively source and pipeline a strong network of potential future talent for the organization via research and referrals
- Work effectively with stakeholders and vendors to align with the overall Employee Value Proposition
Attributes:
- Recent exposure of working within TA in a Retail or FMCG MNC
- Experience of managing high volume recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- At least 8 years of talent acquisition exposure
