Our client, a well-established organisation in the lifestyle industry, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talent acquisition professional to play a key role in shaping how the organisation attracts, assesses, and hires talent across the business, while partnering closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business needs and co-create effective hiring strategies.
- Design and drive structured, competency-based assessment approaches to improve hiring quality and consistency across departments.
- Evaluate candidates holistically, with the ability to identify transferable skills and potential, particularly for career switchers and non-traditional profiles.
- Facilitate calibration discussions with hiring panels to ensure objective, well-informed, and aligned hiring decisions.
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring efficiency and a strong candidate experience.
- Build and manage diverse sourcing channels with a focus on long-term pipeline quality over volume.
- Advise stakeholders on market insights, talent availability, and realistic hiring expectations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer brand positioning.
- Partner with agencies and external stakeholders on hiring needs, including workforce compliance matters.
- Represent the organisation at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry outreach initiatives.
- Track and present recruitment metrics — such as quality of hire, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion — to support data-driven improvements.
Key Requirements
- 8-10 years of in-house talent acquisition or recruitment experience, with demonstrated strength in candidate assessment and stakeholder partnering.
- Proven ability to assess beyond technical fit, including potential, learning agility, and transferable skills.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills, with confidence in guiding hiring discussions and challenging biases where needed.
- Familiarity with local employment regulations and hiring compliance considerations, including foreign workforce hiring where relevant.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about people — comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and brand-conscious environment.
