Join our team as a Senior Manager, where you will lead talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management. This role involves enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding while engaging with stakeholders to attract the right talent.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead comprehensive recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to ensure an efficient hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to pinpoint manpower requirements and guide them on recruitment strategies and decision-making. Cultivate partnerships with external entities, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies. Manage onboarding procedures to facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Oversee exit procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding logistics. Identify and implement improvements in recruitment and HR processes, leveraging technology for efficiency. Administer employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to policies and procedures. Assist in various HR initiatives, projects, and processes as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience. Previous experience in the financial or public sector is advantageous. Proven capacity to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated proactivity, resourcefulness, and a self-driven approach. Strong ownership mindset with a focus on identifying improvements and driving initiatives to completion. High adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
