In this role, you will act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop effective hiring strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and build strong talent pipelines for critical technology roles. Make an Impact By:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic talent acquisition advice.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to align hiring priorities, set clear expectations, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Driving recruitment initiatives for high-demand and niche technology positions, including software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital roles.
  • Leveraging market insights, talent intelligence, and industry trends to advise stakeholders on hiring strategies and talent availability.
  • Enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences through continuous process improvements and best-in-class recruitment practices.
  • Supporting internal mobility initiatives and promoting career growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting to support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.

Skills for Success:

  • At least 3 years of experience in technology recruitment, either in-house, within a technology-focused recruitment agency, or a combination of both.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and successfully hiring for technical and digital roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract diverse and high-quality talent.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • IHRP certification or equivalent HR-related professional certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to recruitment analytics, employer branding, talent mapping, or workforce planning initiatives.
