Job Description

Hiring background:

Due to the business development and expansion, we are aiming to build up the human resource more strongly and professionally to drive the business success in Singapore today.

The job duties and contents:

  1. We are seeking a senior/HR professional who can perform the overall HRM-level of human resource management, employment compliance ,HR processional to partner with the business, including but not limited in organization,talent acquisition,talent development,compensation&benefits,performance management, HR operation and company culture;
  2. Support recruitment needs from different stakeholders across the Asia and Europe independently and reliably, handle the end-end recruitment, on-boarding/orientations, conduct talent review, succession planning and career development initiatives to maintain the outstanding talents with the high talent rotation level.
  3. Highly familiar with HR operations, familiar with Singapore labor law, enforce attendance, overtime, leave, social insurance, and employment contracts, employee handbook,payroll-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance and day-to-day operations, prevent and handle disputes;
  4. Compensation and benefits management, design and implement compensation structures, annual salary review processes, and incentive/bonus schemes;
  5. Develop and drive performance management processes (goal setting, evaluations, feedback and improvement plans);
  6. Coach managers and HR team, lead HR projects such as organizational change and culture initiatives.
  7. Able to design and implement HR policies, processes and documentation independently, build the team culture, and engaged in the employment relationship and employee engagement.
  8. Could use the AI technology/ thinking to created the human resource digital systems, and unitize to improve the efficiency and the long-term company culture and employer branding.

Requirements/Basic:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above; HR, Law, Business Administration,psychology preferred;
  2. 812+ years HR experience in international companies or public companies as their start-up, strong talent acquisition skills for IT software industries, and track records for the talent sourcing for Asia and Europe regions.
  3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Singapore labor law and social insurance (health, pension, employment, work injury) and other social labor related;
  4. Proven experience in compensation, performance management, talent development and incentive implementation;
  5. Ability to independently create and streamline HR policies, processes and documentation;
  6. Fluent Chinese (usable as working language) and business-level English sufficient to handle Singapore labor documents and government procedures;
  7. Strong communication, influencing and project management skills, abilities to partner deeply with business stakeholders and drive change;
  8. High integrity and capacity to handle sensitive labor relations matters.

Travel frequency:

Singapore domestic,may travel to Japan, china, Dubai or Europe as business required.
