1. Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Management
. Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to identify passive candidates.
. Focus on building diverse talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, particularly within IT, admin and ops areas.
. Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit with company's values and academic environment.
. Manage and track all candidate activity, data, and market intelligence within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
2. Market Intelligence and Stakeholder Partnership
. Provide market intelligence on talent supply, compensation trends, and competitor activities within the tertiary education and tech sectors in Singapore and APAC.
. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring to understand role requirements and priority hiring needs.
3. Candidate Experience
. Craft and send personalised, compelling outreach messages that articulate the unique value proposition of working at a global university.
