A leading Financial Technology firm in Asia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions
- Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Support resume screening, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processesfrom sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide insights on talent market trends, recruitment metrics, and best practices
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Lead recruitment strategies and initiatives across the organization
- Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics
- Champion employer branding efforts to attract top-tier talent
- Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms and HR databases
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
