Job Description
- Identify and source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Employee Referrals
- Screen resumes and manage the candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate and schedule volume interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage high-potential candidates across the recruitment funnel, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience
- Support the design and continuous improvement of hiring processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience
- Coordinate with local market teams to track recruitment progress and ensure timely delivery of hiring milestones
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Prepare and organise recruitment materials and documentation (e.g. case studies, resumes) and support data dashboards and reporting
- Assist in other HR and recruitment-related projects as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're comfortable talking to people and building relationships
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
- Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
