We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support hiring efforts across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in experienced hire recruitment within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support end-to-end recruitment coordination and hiring activities across experienced hire roles. You will contribute to attraction strategies, candidate management, and recruitment operations while helping deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition or HR.
Recruitment & Selection
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced hire roles
- Screen applications and assist in shortlisting candidates against role requirements
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support offer management and documentation processes
- Assist with talent pipeline building, sourcing, and market mapping activities
Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support onboarding preparation and pre-employment requirements (e.g. documentation, coordination)
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and external stakeholders where required

- This will be a 6 month's internship - FULL TIME
About you
We seek enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and attributes:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
