What we're looking for
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and high-volume healthcare roles
Demonstrated career stability, with sustained tenure and progression in previous organisations
Strong understanding of healthcare workforce challenges, credentialing, and regulatory requirements
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on hiring strategy
Track record of building long-term talent pipelines rather than short-term hiring fixes
Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
