Talent Acquisition HR Manager (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of healthcare roles, including clinical, allied health, and corporate functions

• Develop and execute sustainable talent acquisition strategies aligned with long-term organisational needs

• Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to provide consultative recruitment support

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and employer branding within the healthcare sector

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with healthcare regulations and organisational standards

• Analyse hiring data and market trends to continuously improve recruitment outcomes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource
• 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with significant exposure to the healthcare sector

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and high-volume healthcare roles

• Demonstrated career stability, with sustained tenure and progression in previous organisations

• Strong understanding of healthcare workforce challenges, credentialing, and regulatory requirements

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on hiring strategy

• Track record of building long-term talent pipelines rather than short-term hiring fixes

• Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
