We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern focusing on Talent Acquisition, HR business partnering support to support our HR team.
You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the areas of creating a positive employee experience for new hires, talent acquisition, business partnering support and people operations.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Support and drive Talent Acquisition activities including end-to-end recruitment activities on internship hiring across all Business Units
- Qualify, shortlist and interview candidates with recommendations to hiring managers for shortlisting
- Participate and be involved in Campus recruitment initiatives including back-end supporting for logistics, coordination and Career Fair initiatives across different universities we work with
- Update and maintain student database, ensure all roles are posted across university job portals
- Work with HR team and internal stakeholders to build a strong talent pool of high-performing interns
HR Business Partnering Support
- Support for tabulation or consolidating of data or data analytics required for reporting to Management
- Support on the coordination and logistic arrangement of any employees events and dialogue sessions
HR Operations/HR Activities & Wellness Programmes
- Maintains employee data in HR-related system, and support the designing or maintenance of HR Analytics and People Dashboard if required.
- Be the main point of contact for HR activities/wellness programmes, which includes brainstorming, sourcing of event vendors and preparation of events collateral (EDM, posters, presentation deck, etc)
- Support to raise non-PO or PO for invoices monthly basis; work with Procurement to learn and raise in accordance for payment required via MS Dynamics
- Any other projects and HR Operational tasks as assigned
Training & Development
- Assist in organizing training and development programmes for employees
- Assist in providing logistics support, registration and admin support
- Liaising with external training providers
Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a University Degree in Business/Human Resources or equivalent
- Prior Talent Acquisition, recruitment internship experience preferred
- Passionate and curious to embark on a HR career in future
- Effective in managing multiple projects / tasks at the same time
- Strong learning ability and adaptive in fast paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a can do attitude
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
