Your Role

Support recruitment activities across the healthcare sector, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.
Conduct market research to identify relevant talent pools, industry trends, and potential opportunities.
Source and screen candidates according to recruitment requirements.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Assist with candidate engagement, follow-ups, and recruitment coordination.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, reports, and documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team.
Assist with business development and market-mapping initiatives.
Share ideas and contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
Gain exposure to current recruitment practices, workforce solutions, and healthcare industry developments.

What We're Looking For

GCE A Levels, Diploma, or higher qualifications.
Interest in recruitment, healthcare, human resources, business, or related areas.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
