Job Description
Talent Acquisition Executive | Vedantu
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Bengaluru and manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on Sales and Business hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage bulk/high-volume hiring requirements.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely closure of positions and a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring.
- Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week from office.
