Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews to successfully fulfill hiring needs across various functions such as Tech Engineering, Product & Project, QA, Creative etc.
  • Oversee job openings and applicants through multiple job portals (MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, LinkedIn etc).
  • Conduct active sourcing by reaching out to potential candidates using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and leverage professional network to build candidate pipelines.
  • Review and process resumes from external recruitment agencies and internal referrals.
  • Ensure high-touch candidate experience with timely and clear communication at every stage of the process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support them through the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases and reports.
  • Responsible for both local and overseas recruitment (Malaysia and Taiwan).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech industry. Solid understanding of tech roles and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a high volume of diverse tech roles.
  • Experience in using job portals and sourcing tools (MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter etc).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, multitasking and goal-oriented to meet hiring timelines
  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely feedback to candidates and updates to hiring managers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Regional recruiting exposure for tech roles will be an added advantage.
