Manage full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews to successfully fulfill hiring needs across various functions such as Tech Engineering, Product & Project, QA, Creative etc.
Oversee job openings and applicants through multiple job portals (MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, LinkedIn etc).
Conduct active sourcing by reaching out to potential candidates using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and leverage professional network to build candidate pipelines.
Review and process resumes from external recruitment agencies and internal referrals.
Ensure high-touch candidate experience with timely and clear communication at every stage of the process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support them through the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases and reports.
Responsible for both local and overseas recruitment (Malaysia and Taiwan).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or related field.
2-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech industry. Solid understanding of tech roles and industry trends.
Proven track record of successfully filling a high volume of diverse tech roles.
Experience in using job portals and sourcing tools (MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter etc).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
Self-motivated, proactive, multitasking and goal-oriented to meet hiring timelines
Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely feedback to candidates and updates to hiring managers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
Bilingual in both English and Chinese to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
Regional recruiting exposure for tech roles will be an added advantage.
