Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full end-to-end talent acquisition process

• Source passive and active talent by leveraging a variety of platforms

• Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role

• Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, either in-house or agency

• Proven experience in recruiting sales staff will be an advantage

• University Degree

• Strong communication skills in English

• Highly organised and detail oriented

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Ability to excel in a fast, high performing global company
